Ramesh addresses three illegal mining culprits

IRJ July 6 - The Kanatarka central government of Deli has addressed three mining houses embroiled in the Bellary issue [of illegal mining continuing in the area] directly, emphasising how seriously the government is taking the situation. Jairam Ramesh, Environment Minister, asked S Yeddyurappa to act against SB Minerals, Trident Minerals and Veeyam Private Ltd as they continue to mine with disregard for forestry clearing legislation. It is reported that the three firms have one month in which to implement proper safety measures.
