The Canadian Energy Pipeline Association (CEPA) is a member-based organization with head offices in Calgary, and represents Canada’s transmission pipeline companies. CEPA members are some of the biggest and most well-known enterprises in Canada, and include TransCanada Pipelines, Enbridge, and Terasen Gas.
Brenda Kenny is the President of CEPA, and acknowledges how important CEPA members are to Canada’s economy. She calls the group of companies associated with CEPA “really the energy highway for Canada and North America”. CEPA members together transport 97% of all the oil and natural gas produced in Canada.
